My aunt makes the most beautiful quilts, and right before V and I got married she just finished an amazing crazy quilt. I was so thrilled that as our wedding gift, she made us a beautiful crazy quilt square that was compromised entirely of things from the wedding! We hung it in a shadow box, and it is just amazing!
She used part of the shawl from my dress, my veil, beads from my wedding party jewelry (we 
made the jewelry), pins and ribbon from my bouquet, the sixpence from my shoe, our wedding date in beads, my garter, my headpiece, our monogram, and our purity rings that we exchanged.
It is such a special memento, and a beautiful piece for our home, I just LOVE to look at it!
